Forest Adventure: The Best Use of Nature

Known as “Forest Adventure,” the concept for this “symbiotic natural park” comes from France. It’s a place where you can enjoy climbing, jumping, and even flying from tree to tree using a wire harness. After reaching the end of this arboreal adventure, you can zip-slide your way to the ground, passing between trees and over the valley along the way.
The activity encourages adults and children to take responsibility for their own safety, and to enjoy themselves independently by learning how to properly use safety equipment. With this level of confidence and comfort, they can have serious fun.
Since 2006, Pacific Network has planned and developed over 20 parks together with France’s Altus, beginning with Forest Adventure Fuji. In addition to creating and building the parks, we provide ongoing operational and business management support, staff training, and event organization.

Regenerating Our Forests, Vitalizing the Community.

The big difference between Forest Adventure and ordinary leisure facilities is that we preserve and make use of the forest, without having to rely on full-scale construction.
At the forefront of this approach is sustainability. We at Pacific Network strive to promote active and sustainable use of our forests, and develop our facilities with minimal environmental impact. We work together with forest associations and regional land management entities to create proposals for more sustainable use of idle lands, greater off-season use of ski resorts, and development of regional parks operated and preserved by local councils.

Handing Down the Know-How of Forest Adventure

Our French partner, Altus, has built over 150 Forest Adventure facilities in 15 different countries. By combining Altus’ expertise in Forest Adventure with our knowledge of Japanese forests and land, we have successfully created Japan’s very first symbiotic natural park.
Furthermore, we have worked on planning and developing tree houses and monuments designed specifically for each facility, as well as creating unique souvenirs. We believe it is vital to pass on the know-how and expertise necessary for sustainable business development that utilizes our natural environment.

Modular Pump Track Come to Japan!

Ordinary pump tracks are made from standard dirt, and often require large-scale construction and frequent maintenance. The modular pump track developed by Bikeparkitect s.r.o., on the other hand, is an innovative, mobile pump track designed for easy installation and maintenance. Setup is as simple as screwing the track pieces together with bolts. Pieces can be arranged any way you like, depending on the course layout and available area, and the combinations are infinite!

On Anything, Anywhere, and For Everyone

Thanks to its mobility, you can set up the modular pump track almost anywhere. All you need is a land mass ranging in size from 10.0m x 20.4m up to approximately 200 square meters.
The tracks are compatible with most sports equipment and accessories, including skateboards, BMX, mountain bikes, kick scooters, and even inline skates. The modular pump track is as adaptable as it is mobile, and can be configured for different ability levels. Whether beginner or pro, children and adults of all levels can enjoy the tracks.

Anywhere and Everywhere in Japan: Forest Adventure Mobile

The concept of Forest Adventure mobile is self-explanatory: it is the mobile, portable version of Forest Adventure. While the park allows people to “walk” in the air from tree to tree, it is impossible to move an entire forest from one location to another. This is where Forest Adventure Mobile comes in. It allows users to experience the joy of Forest Adventure without having to be in the forest.

Of course, the same type of wire harnesses used at Forest Adventure are used in the mobile version, so safety is guaranteed. With Forest Adventure mobile, you can set up a course in any space—indoors or out—with a minimum area of 16m(l) x 6m(w) x 5m(h), and enjoy Forest Adventure in the city!

Forest Adventure Mobile has been used in shopping malls during holidays, as well as at a wide variety of store events and celebrations across the nation.
